Shoulder Roll
You can do the Shoulder Roll exercise by placing the fingertips on the shoulder girdle and letting the elbows look horizontally to the side, or by resting the hands on the thigh and then circling the shoulder girdle.
Exercise description
Place fingertips on shoulder girdle and draw circles with elbows. Breathing flows with it. The circles can vary in radius as needed. True to the motto: let the movement flow.
We draw 4 circles in one direction and 4 more circles in the other direction.
Pro Tip From Maria
Close your eyes for a short moment and try to notice if you feel a difference in the range of motion of your two shoulder joints. If so, try to perform the movement synchronously without opening your eyes.
Most common errors
The circles are made too quickly.
