Pilates against spring fatigue!
Duration: 65 minutes
Level: suitable for all training levels, from absolute beginner to Pilates professional
Spring is here, the sun is shining and nature is awakening to new life. Nevertheless, many people feel tired and listless. Springtime fatigue is a natural reaction of our body to the changed external conditions and can make life difficult for us.
If you too are plagued by spring fatigue, you should try Pilates. Pilates is not only a gentle and effective way to strengthen and tone the body, Pilates also invigorates the body.
Why is Pilates especially good against spring fatigue?
Pilates is so good against spring fatigue because it activates the body in a gentle and effective way. The exercises are designed to mobilize and strengthen the body in a targeted manner. The flowing movements provide pleasant relaxation and promote physical well-being.
Conscious breathing also supports the metabolic process and oxygen supply.
To benefit from the positive effect of Pilates against spring fatigue, exercise should be done regularly. Just a few minutes a day mobilize and vitalize the body.
In order to perform the exercises correctly, train efficiently and avoid injuries, professional guidance is of course recommended. One option is our Pilatesclub.com.
