Die genauen Erklärungen der Übungen finde ich sehr gut, allerdings ist es für mich ziemlich langweilig 30 Tage lang, dazu das gleiche Video zu sehen. Da hätte ich mir mehr Abwechslung gewünscht.

Clear structure, well-structured, catchy explanations.... I/we were very lucky to experience Maria and Wolfgang in person at the Breathing Retreat. Both are very committed, convincing and so likeable that this alone makes practicing and learning an enrichment.

It's great that the course is structured step by step, with the individual exercises being shown and repeated at the beginning and all the exercises learned so far being practiced together in a flow at the end of the training session.
