After almost two years of sweating, laughing and learning together, we are now taking a creative break from our Pilates journey.

This break is a time of renewal and inspiration, which we will use to develop new projects - always with the aim of making our offering on the "Einfach besser leben" YouTube channel even more enriching for you.

Before we get to that point, let's close this chapter with a Pilates class together in which we give it our all.

Our program:
-We start with an invigorating cardio workout, ideal for recharging your batteries and refreshing your fitness routine.

-In the main part you can expect unique Pilates exercisescombined with innovative elements that challenge your balance, strength and flexibility.

It concludes with a two-minute five-finger meditation, which is perfect for reducing stress and relaxing deeply.
